Hello everyone! I am Bethany Lynn Froehlich(I did not get to choose my last name so please do not address me as Miss Froehlich, please and thank you). I grew up in the Wisconsin countryside on a dairy farm that has been in our family since the 1800's. I love to write, everything from poetry to short stories. I love talking to new people. I am very opinionated but open minded. I love hearing other peoples outlook on things. Sometimes I do like to vent and the only way I can do so is to vent so I may just use this as a writers page and a ventilation blog. Constructive criticism and advice is appreciated, however if you are just going to be cruel, please keep your comments to yourself.

Your passing has shocked my heart into cold mourning,
your warmth remains.
It wraps my spirit with loving arms
no longer bound to physical forms.
Warmth fills my body to guide me through the fog of loss,
to my own green paradise and a memory lane.
A woman in labor
pleading to go home the pain is so great.
Last push and crying fills the room.
A baby girl.
Dark hair standing on end,
tiny ears stick out on either side of her tanned skin.
Doctors struggling to test the baby as she was so hungry.

The renewal of life begins with the birth of new flowers,
buds of yellow, blue, white, and red tulips,
Lovely diamond drops scattered randomly from this morning's rain.
A favorite sight of a serene bear,
cherishing the miracle only with smell,
eyes closed, black nose nudging the delicate petals, if only for an hour.
A garden, a place of peace and love, ours.
A special spot for a rose, the rose, infant like to the other flowers.
Meek, its beauty is no match for its very own smell,
a sweet essence, provoking and embrace between two lips.
A perfume of love producing a trance where one longs to feel skin bare,
relishing love's reign.
